sought-after ! Workshop heater

This heater has been sitting in the garage never been used it is a heavy duty forced fan ceiling mount / wall mount heater. Doing some spring cleaning and found it in my husband's garage. He does not use it. It has not been used it has the handle it has to be hardwired in. I have the instruction booklet. I cannot find the remote. I am currently looking for the remote. It does have where you can turn it on and off on the front please see pictures offers and questions are welcome the units itself is brand fresh never been used.
It does need a fan to push the heat out. That can be ordered from the manufacturer. I have adjusted the price to meet that need

I didn't know whether to put just-arrived or like new never been used but can't find remote so I'm going to put like new. And delightful information was provided thanks to google.
I also discounted the price due to not having the remote. But it can be ordered. I am looking for it still.
