Two feet protectors will need to be replaced. Leather armrests are in good shape, though not totally impeccable, as shown. Swivels & rocks smoothly, seat is sturdy & chair is comfy! It is approx 35” high x’s 17 deep x’s 25” wide, armrest to armrest. It weights approx 25 lbs. This comes as shown, please see all pictures.
