Highly polished and in very good condition, although there are a few minor scratches and tarnish spots as shown in the photos. The storage box is a beautiful satin inlaid nest for all the pieces, but the exterior of the box has seen storage wear. There are some marks and stains, and a couple of minor tears on the box, and it has a slightly musty smell from being stored for many years.
