This is a vintage brooch.
It features a turtle motif on a gold-tone base with grass green and yellow enamel and clear rhinestone accents.
The turtle is a happy motif that has long symbolized "good fortune" and "longevity."

Several clear rhinestones show signs of replacement, and certain show discoloration where the base color is visible. The metal shows some tarnish. The pin is bent.
